Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

These terms govern use of the Shootz Admin Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), an internal business tool operated by Shootz at shootz.fyi. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Dashboard

The Dashboard is provided solely for the internal business use of Shootz. Accounts are created by invitation and are personal to the individual invited. There is no public sign-up. You may not share your credentials, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Dashboard only for legitimate Shootz business purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to access data, locations, or features outside the permissions granted to your role.
  • Do not export, copy, or disclose business, employee, or guest data except as your role requires and Shootz policy permits.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the security of the Dashboard or the systems it connects to.

Connected accounts

The Dashboard connects to third-party services on behalf of Shootz, including its point of sale, scheduling, marketing, and publishing platforms. Only administrators may connect or disconnect these accounts, and they may do so only for accounts Shootz owns or is authorized to manage. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service’s own terms.

Where the Dashboard publishes to YouTube, that use is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle YouTube data, and how to revoke our access, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and ownership

Shootz retains all rights to the data, reports, and content in the Dashboard, and to the marketing content it publishes. Content published to third-party platforms through the Dashboard is content Shootz owns or is licensed to use.

Availability

The Dashboard is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Reports and metrics are drawn from third-party systems and may be incomplete or delayed; they should not be treated as audited financial statements.

Account termination

Shootz may suspend or terminate any account at any time, including when employment or an engagement ends, or when access was granted for a limited purpose and that purpose has concluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Dashboard after a change means you accept the revised terms.
